I see a face of a strong browed fella ( area where the sun highlights the cloud). Nie shot .

I see an overly thick black border

Tone that sucker down a bit so the clouds can get the proper attention.

Much better...but ok..how about this...

Lower the border's opacity to about 60% (assuming the photo extend to the outer edge of the border...

I'm going ot research border examples that i mean...that would really make this stand out.

The photo itself is quite nice btw..I fear the over abundance of cloud/sunset pics here may detract from it's beauty (i have a sunset pic myself )

Ahh.. now i see it... it's the big one out of the muppets - the really big brown shaggy one... can't remember his name...
